Check in is 4:00 p.m. and Check out is 11:00a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request based on availability but are not guaranteed.

A full refund will be granted for cancellations before 4 PM CST no less than 6 Days before scheduled check in date. Cancellations 5 days or less in advance of arrival date will forfeit the booking deposit of one night stay plus tax.

Special event dates will forfeit the non-refundable booking deposit of first night rate plus tax. Kindly contact us by phone at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

One complimentary on-site parking space is allotted for each hotel guest room in the area designated for hotel guests. Lofts1515 guests are designated one marked space for each unit. 

OS Hotel and Lofts1515 are not responsible for damage or theft to any vehicle parked on property.

Designated public parking will be available in our on-site garage.

Your safety is our priority. OS Hotel features 24/7 audio and video monitored security, secure keycard access to guest areas, and trained staff on site. Public spaces are well-lit and regularly patrolled, and security cameras operate throughout the property to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

Pets are strictly prohibited at Lofts1515. However, ADA service dogs are always welcome in OS Hotel.

All guest rooms are smoke free. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. A minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to the credit card on file if smoking is evident upon checkout.

Marijuana use is strictly prohibited at all times including use in any outdoor areas on property and private vehicles.

Guests must be 21 years of age with a valid government issued photo ID to book a reservation at the OS Hotel and Lofts1515. All OS Hotel and Lofts1515 overnight guests must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older.
