OS Hotel

Maintenance Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth daily operations of OS Hotel at our os1515 Downtown property. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping the environment safe, functional, and beautiful for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)

  • Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests

  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and equipment

  • Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, walkways, and lighting

  • Work with external contractors when necessary

  • Keep accurate records of work orders and maintenance logs

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards

Qualifications:

  • Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Available for flexible shifts, including weekends or on-call hours
